Welcome to George's Guest Blog Uplink. By accessing this service and contributing content, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope and Eligibility

This guest submission platform is a standalone tool designed to allow software developers, writers, and guest contributors to submit articles for publication consideration on the main blog (geohack.top). You must be at least 18 years of age and sign in using a valid GitHub account to submit any content.

2. Content Moderation & Staging

All submissions are uploaded directly to the database staging queue as drafts. They are subject to editorial review by George (the blog administrator). We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to:

  • Edit, format, trim, or re-tag the submitted text to match the design tokens, tone, and editorial standards of the blog.
  • Refuse to publish any article without specifying a reason.
  • Remove any published article from the main blog at any point in the future.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

By submitting your article, you confirm that you are the sole author of the text and it does not violate any third-party copyrights or intellectual property. You retain ownership and copyright of your original writing. However, by submitting content, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, edit, reformat, translate, and distribute your article on George's Blog and linked channels.

4. Prohibited Content

You agree not to submit any content that:

  • Is generated entirely by automated AI writing tools (we value human perspectives and unique styling).
  • Is defamatory, obscene, hateful, threatening, or violates local laws.
  • Contains malicious scripts, trackers, or links to spam/commercial products.
  • Attempts to bypass our submission security challenge or honeypot fields.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

This service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that your drafts will be preserved indefinitely or that the editor interface will be free from temporary interruptions.
